Listen Cliff I,d like to know what to do myself. I'm really puzzled. Theres a guy, [name removed], from [city removed] Ill. that routinely drives his mill truck under the influence of cocaine and other narcotics. I've reported him to his employer, [name removed], and all they do is tip him off that he has a drug test coming so he can flush. I know for a fact that he bought and used cocaine this morning and is probably still using right now. This big [explicative removed] is going to kill somebody one day and i don't want that on my conscience. What can i do . Help me out here.

As a driver I do understand the test and all that can happen to the driver. BUT WHAT HAPPENS TO THE EMPLOYER
THAT DOES NOT REQUIRE IT OR MAKE A DRIVER TAKE ONE? If nothing then the LAW is no good. I know a company
that only one driver out of 8 has taken one and he had to make it happen. If the DOT walked in this office they would
be heavy fines and shut down. With this company they believe in their own laws not the written law. Some body must
have the answers please send them.
