Crain's Chicago Business highlights Stephen Passen's $19 Million verdict on behalf of the family of 9-year old Mariano Hernandez against the Archdiocese of Chicago for brain injuries he sustained when a TV cart fell on him at St. Genevieve Catholic School in Chicago, Illinois. The verdict is one of the top jury verdicts in the nation in 2007.
